Short version: we're an AI outfit transformation tool. You upload photos, we generate outputs, you own the outputs of your own photos. Don't use the service to harass people, generate non-consensual imagery, or break the law. Refund window: 14 days, unconditional.

The service

ChangeOutfit is an AI outfit-transformation web app. We host the generation pipeline, the library of editorial capsules, and the tools. You bring a reference photo, we transform it into outfit variants. The free tier covers 5 demo generations; paid tiers scale up.

Account + acceptable use

To use the paid features you need an account. You agree:

You'll only upload photos of yourself, OR people aged 16+ who have given you explicit consent to use their likeness with an AI transformation tool.
You won't upload images of children, or of anyone who hasn't agreed. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as required by law.
No nude, sexually explicit, or "nudifier"/"undressing" use of any real person's image — zero tolerance.
No deepfakes or synthetic media that impersonate or deceive, and no AI-generated likeness of a real person passed off as authentic without a clear "AI-generated" disclosure. No replicating a celebrity's or public figure's likeness to impersonate them.
You won't use the service to generate harassing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content. We will terminate accounts that do.
You won't try to extract our generation prompts, reverse- engineer the pipeline, or scrape the editorial capsule library for republication.
You're 16 or older. If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian is aware of and consents to your use of an AI tool that processes your photo.

Because we process photos that contain faces, your first upload asks for explicit consent to process your image (which may include biometric data). Details are in our Privacy Policy. To report content that infringes your copyright, see our Copyright / DMCA policy.

Ownership of outputs

You own the generated outputs of YOUR OWN original reference photos. You can use them commercially on Pro and Premium plans (the free Day Pass tier is personal-use). The AI-generation step doesn't create new copyright in our favor.

The editorial capsule reference imagery (the cover + sample looks you see on /style/ pages) is ours and you don't get rights to republish those — that's our content library, not your output.

Credits + billing

Free tier — 5 demo credits on signup, no card.
Subscriptions — monthly credits refresh on your billing day. Unused credits don't roll over more than 30 days (we'll show you the rollover in the dashboard).
Credit packs — one-time top-ups that never expire. Useful if you don't want a subscription.
Cost per generation — 1 credit per look. A full 5-look capsule run costs 5 credits.
Failed generations — automatically refunded. If the AI provider fails or the output is unusable, you don't pay for it.

Refund window

We offer a 14-day refund window on all subscription payments and credit packs, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your account email to request. Refunds process via Stripe and reach your bank in 5–10 days.

Free tools

The five tools at /tools are free to use without an account. They have no usage limits and come with no warranty. Three run in your browser (HEIC convert, cropper, resizer); two use our server-side AI (background remover, upscaler) and you'll need to sign up for unlimited use beyond the 5 free generations.

Termination

You can delete your account instantly, anytime, from Settings → Danger zone — it wipes all your storage + database data right then, no waiting. We can terminate accounts that violate the acceptable-use terms above, with any unused credit balance refunded prorated.

Liability

We make a generative AI tool. Outputs can be weird, surprising, or off-target — refunds cover the credit cost but we can't guarantee any specific result. Service is provided "as is"; maximum liability for any claim is the total you paid us in the past 12 months.
